Piesse Dam with a beautiful big black swan swimming around freely, along with mountain ducks and other water bird wild life. The photograph was taken from an Aged unit in 'Korinup Court' in Federal Street, Katanning.

On the back of the photograph handwritten in black and blue ink is "On Piesse Dam (1990-1991) This lake January. (Swan did not stay long). There are times of 28 ducks on Dam many Mountain Ducks also (So colourful). The home is opposite from me,(corner) Charles St."
