Mrs Jones, standing in the middle, wears a long black frock with leg-o-mutton sleeves and a lace yoke with high collar. The young woman at the left, Avonia Jones, wears a short jacket with leg-o-mutton sleeves, a black blouse and a long check skirt. Three young boys stand at the front of the group, two of whom, Fred and Jack, wear two piece suits with short pants. The youngest child, Frank, wears a long black cloak.
