A round medal with embossed depiction of Queen Mary and King George. Reverse of medal embossed emblem of WA (black swan) printed around edge: 'June 22, 1911 commemorate their majesties coronation'. Medal is attached to a flag with Britain's colours reinforced by two metal rods which bear impressed 'Fear God and Honor the King'.
