Overview

Square white linen mat has a 5 cm border with a drawn thread work stitch. Central part of mat has hand embroidered soldiers in brown and black. Between them worked in black silk 'United we Stand 1914'. Corners diagonally opposed to each other have 2 flags. First World War, WWI.
