1986Colourful, painted chalkware, three dimensional wall hanging depicting an early Arctic explorer. It shows the head of the explorer facing forwards.
He is wearing a yellow waterproof jacket and hood, tied at the neck with cord. His yellow rimmed goggles are positioned underneath his chin.
The reverse of the wall hanging is painted silver and contains a metal loop of wire for suspension.
There is no title or maker's mark, but the words 'Made in England' are impressed into the lower part of the reverse.
