Overview

A small spoke shave, made of wood with dual handles, it has been carved into this form.
There is a brass plate with screws and a metal blade.
The metal blade has been attached and it has two thin nail like ends that protrude from the wood, so it is able to be adjusted to size and hammered out to be sharpened.
