PHOTOGRAPH: MEETING, POSSIBLY RADIO SOCIETY

c. 1925
Overview

Black and white photo of large group of men and women attending a meeting, possibly of the Radio Society. The photo is mounted on a light brown thick paper, and then mounted on grey cardboard. On the back are the photographer's details; grease spots and a black pen mark. There seem to be product display stands around the walls and in the middle of the hall. The ceiling of the hall is decorated with streamers. The women are wearing cloche [bell shaped] hats and overcoats. The men are wearing suits, overcoats or leather jackets, ties and hats.
