POSTCARD: THOMAS HANCOCK

Overview

Front: The photograph shows Thomas Hancock standing next to a motor vehicle, with his left foot resting on the running board and his left elbow leaning on the door. He is wearing a three piece suit, a bow tie and a cap.
The car is open at the sides and has no windows other than the windscreen. It is parked alongside a kerb of a pavement, in front of a workshop or factory. There is the blurred figure of a passer-by at the left side of the image.
Reverse: Reverse of photograph may be used as postcard.
Beneath and to the left of POST CARD is written ‘Correspondence’ and to the right ‘Address only'.
Also on reverse, handwritten note 'Thomas Hancock'
