COPY OF LETTER TO J.D. CUMMING - HISTORY OF ARMADALE

Overview

The document is a copy of a letter from the Shire Clerk of the Armadale-Kelmscott Shire Council to Mr. Cumming, and concerns a project begun by the Armadale-Kelmscott Historical Society. The letter misspells Mr. Cumming's name as 'Cummings'.

Historical information

The Armadale-Kelmscott Historical Society was working to publish a well-documented book about the district to commemorate the district's 150th anniversary in 1980. The book that was published was First Stage South by Daphne Popham.
