This letter invites J D Cumming to the opening of the 1st Armadale Scout Group Hall. The scouts have played a role in the local community and been a part of local community events since the early 1900s. The hall is an important home where the scouts can run their programs. The scouts also represent an opportunity to track the history of what some children did in the local district.
