Students of St Rita's Convent
c. 1937A sepia photograph of a mixed group of students outside a building. The girls are all dressed in white blouses, knee length dark skirts and wearing a tie. The boys are all wearing dark shorts and jackets, white shirts and ties. There are two younger girls sitting on mats on the ground.
These students at St. Rita's convent may have been the borders for that year as the children are of different ages and gender. The photo was taken out the front of St Rita's Convent, building also known as Reidy House and Kartennnup Hostel.

On the back of the postcard printed in black lettering is "POST CARD" and underneath this line are two columns with headings "CORRESPONDENCE" and "ADDRESS ONLY" and in the top right hand corner a square with the words "KODAK" at the top and bottom and the words 'AUSTRAL' on the sides.
