1962B/W print. Weatherboard and corrugated iron house with front verandah Central front door has side lights and fan light and is flanked by two sash windows on either side. There are shrubs and trees on either side of the building. A car is parked in the shade. There is a post, rail and wire fence at the front. Written on the rear in blue ink is [3 Fraser st/ Swanbourne./ 1962].
Weatherboard house built c1902 and The demolished in 1968. It was replaced by a duplex.
