COLLAR: CREAM NET WITH FRILLED LACE AND TWO TIES ENDING IN LACE ROSETTES
c. 1930"Peter Pan" shaped collar in cream cotton net, each half being covered with six overlapping layers of gathered cotton lace. Neck-edge binding continues into two ties which each terminate in rosettes of similar construction to collar. Net base and four layers of gathered cotton lace. Reviewed 22/04/1999: crumpled.
