Typed in black ink on yellowing paper a letter to Lieutenant E.J. DAVIES asks for his thoughts on the presentation of the O.B.E. medal awarded to him. The letter head at the top of the page in bold print reads “MILITARY FORCES OF THE COMMONWEALTH” followed by “2nd MILITARY DISTRICT UNDERNEATH”. On the back in pencil is handwritten a list of requirements for the garden.
