A painted jug with spout and handle. the bottom half of the jug is painted to replicate stonework, and the top half has two men dressed in medieval clothes.

On the bottom of the jug in black stamped lettering is "ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND", above this mark is a crown with a lion standing on the crown.
