The building has a double casement style façade with a centrepiece for the name of the building. There are trees in the left background of the photo and some smaller buildings can be seen. There is a large tree to the right of the brick building. There is water is the river that the bridge crosses and on the right hand side are two electricity poles with insulators.

On the back of the photograph stamped in purple ink is ‘PRINTED BY FIELDING STUDIO. 94 HIGH ST., FREMANTLE.’
