MATCHBOX, CONTAINER - PROMOTIONAL SETTLER'S RESTAURANT
c. 1980 - 1989white cardboard tray with raised edges. Inside the tray are 26 wood safety matches with white matchheads.
Used to promote the Settlers Restaurant, located in the Ye Old Narrogin Inne. Started around 1980 when the area was redeveloped as part of the creation of Pioneer Village.
The match book collected by Patricia Walker some time between the mid 1970s and the 1990s. Patricia lived in Kelmscott and worked at the City of Armadale during a large part of this time period and would visit the Ye Old Narrogin Inne for meals.
