Boric Lint
c. 1900 - 1960White lint wrapped up in green paper. On the front of the wrapping is a label with a light green background with white lines and a dark green border. In the centre of the label is an rectangular shape with curved corners, the lettering on the label is white, red and green.

In the centre of the rectangular shape in green italic lettering is "CARUS", underneath in red lettering is "B.P.C.", alongside handwritten in blue ink is "3/-", underneath in red lettering is "BORIC LINT", underneath is "2 oz.".
The border of the rectangular shape in the centre of the label is green with white lettering "PREPARED AND PACED FOR SURGICAL USE CARUS of DARWEN".
Underneath the rectangular shape in green lettering is "ALEXANDER CARUS & SONS LTD., DARWEN, LANCS. ENGLAND".
