Inscriptions and markings

At the top of the label in red letter is "POISON", below is a brown outlined rectangle and within that is another rectangle that has a brown background with white lettering "PARKE.DAVIS&CO", underneath is "ALOPHEN", underneath is "PILLS".

On the base of the bottle is embossed "PD & Co" and underneath the bottle is "201".

On the back of the bottle is a black circular label with red lettering "CHEMIST FREEMANTLE KATANNING".
