Tea Tree Gully Trophy - Foursomes Championship (Nett)

This trophy is titled:

Perpetual Trophy

Donated by Tea Tree Gully Assoc

to Melville Glades Assoc

The trophy was donated by the Tea Tree Gully Associates (women), South Australia, a Melville Glades reciprocal club. It is a 255mm silver plate with a 10m pattern around the outer edge.

1980 to 1994: The trophy recognises the nett winners of the 36 holes Foursomes Stroke Play Championship

1995 to 2004: The trophy was not awarded, although the Gross winners were added to the Honour Board (see Item 2022.21)

2005: The trophy was reintroduced to recognise the nett winners of the 36 holes Foursomes Stroke Play Championship

To reflect the reintroduction in 2005 an inscription was added to the trophy:

"Re Introduced in 2005 36 Holes Foursomes Nett Winner Trophy"

(The Gross winners of this event are recognised on an Honour Board in the clubhouse Banksia Room - see Item 2022.21.)
