c. 1910
Subcollections
Overview

a) Hollow, cone shape, irregular. Top is doughnut shaped, hollow, with scroll-type embossed decoration on both sides. The top of this is flattened with a small hole in the centre. On the flattened section is inscribed 'DRGM' on one side and 'Paten/ang' on the other. There is a shield shaped logo above with the letters MG intertwined. The lower part is hollow, cone shaped with four circular holes evenly spaced near bottom of the cone, which is tipped with a small metal knob.

b) a metal rod with a small piece of metal, rectangular in shape soldered 25mm from the top. At the bottom of the rod is fixed a disc of hard composition material. On the top of the disc is engraved 'Patent' and 'Brevete'.

c) Hollow metal rube, painted green with top end sealed with a knob. Part c) is fitted over part (b) leaving disc free. The end of the metal rod below the disc is fitted into the small hole on the flattened top of part c). The tube c) is raised to the top of the bar (b) and pushed down quickly. Due to a spiral shape inside the tube c) the top spins.
