Overview

The large sepia photo has individual portraits in oval shapes (59mm) around a larger (75mm) central decorated oval photo of the Mayor. Most of the Councillors are in dark suits & white shirts (some high-collared) with ties. The Mayor, R.A. Robinson, wears a bow tie.
