John McNeece (1830-92) was a former Private in the 8th Regiment. He arrived in WA on "Merchantman" 15/02/1863 as an Enrolled Pensioner Guard with wife and children, Thomas, William and John. He was granted two blocks of land at Greenough.
Robert Laurie, alias Robert McGregor alias Saddler Bob (1825-?) was former convict no 6085.
