The Haddleton farm "Coompatine " is 16kms from Kataning and grew wheat for the Katanning Flour Mill. The building in the background is the Katanning flour mill.

On the left hand side of the mount in black typed lettering is "H.C. Biltoft KATANNING" and underneath is "IDEAL STUDION WESTERN AUSTRALIA".
On the back of the photograph handwritten in blue ink is "Pat Garritty delivering grain to mill".
