Central portion of map is mostly shaded green within lot boundaries.
Shows land, lots & roads between Toodyay & Goomalling Road Boards.
Some addressed lots pencilled in lower left corner.
Red ink splotches on left side,
Edges torn.
Staining at lower left and top right. Something appears to have been spilt on map at top right, and there is possibly water damage at lower left.
Likely to have been used by the Shire's planning department and then donated to the museum as an historical record.
This plan borders Shire of Toodyay map 2006-17.

Pencilled initials "GB" and handwritten inscription " Goomalling Rds Board" at lower right corner.
On the left side of the map a line is drawn diagonally in ink with inscription " Boundary between Toodyay Roads Board & Goomalling Roads Board".
On the 20th December 1917, the Midland Railway Company held an auction sale at the Freemasons’ Hotel in Newcastle (now Toodyay), offering 42 lots of Avon Location 1954, a block of 35,000 acres located about 9 miles north-east of the town, between the Goomalling Railway and the proposed Newcastle-Bolgart line.
