The gazette is dated Friday, October 12, 1900.
Affixed to the top right corner is a brass split pin, holding the pages together.
The first page shows Bank Holidays being declared in Northam and Southern Cross on 18th & 24th October 1900 respectively. The Colonial Secretary was G Randell and the Colonial Administrator for the Colony was Sir Alexander Campbell Onslow as shown on this page.
