1903Bound ledger book with a heavy front and back cover with tan leather corners and spine binding.
Spine has a red leather and gold embossed label with "TRANSFER REGISTER" printed on it.
Interior front and back covers have red, blue and white marbling. Front inside cover on left hand side has a manufacturer's label.
Inside pages design across a double page spread: 13 columns with titles: No. of transfer; Date of Transfer; Holding Description; Number; Transfer Name; Miners Right Number; Date; Transferee Name; Miners Right Date + Number; Fee; Date of Registration; Issue of Certificate; Remarks.
Only 5 original entries, all on first page.
Page edges are marbled pink, green, blue and yellow.
Refer to G.M.L. Blackboy Hill, presume this stands for Gold Mining Lease. Registration Number 2584 Treadgold/Davidsons Transferer referred to in register 1903
