Text beside the photo notes, "The youngest Drummond [James Drummond 1784-1863], Euphemia, married Ewen Mackintosh in 1849 and had eleven children. For her last fourteen years, she was the sole surviving Parmelia immigrant, still alert and active until she died in January 1921 at ninety-four years of age."
