Overview

Multicoloured, mostly triangular assorted pieces of velvet joined by stem stitching. Cream and green twisted cord around edges and forming a loop on top. Button on open side. Silk lining, beige with pattern in brown, gold and green.

Historical information

Could have been made a lot earlier c1900 possibly internal relining re-done 1950s. Was purchased by F Ward at a market held at St Christopher's Church in Roleystone.
