Overview

B/W print.(a) Brick and iron house with two brick chimneys and a wooden verandah on stumps. The white wooden verandah posts are linked with wooden arches and have decorative brackets. There are three steps to the central entrance with gable over. Either side of the door are full length sash windows. Three white fence posts, with small plants between them, mark the front boundary and there are trees in the background. (b) 'Wainomi' some years later with wire fence and gates erected. Large eucalypt, palm and agave on the right and a house on the left. Written on the back in ink is ['Wainomi'] and in pencil [3 Victoria Avenue Claremont].
