Black & white photo to the top rh corner is a balcony, very close up, and a person visible. Photo is taken looking down at the road, which is sealed. There is a parade with people in 2 lines stretching the length of the road. Some are in military uniform, some are carrying large flags, some appear to be children. Parked on the far side of the road are 7 vehicles (one a model T style car) There is a large tree obscuring view of the building on the opp side of the road.
