Western Australian State junior baseball team batting helmet
c. 1985The Western Australian State junior baseball batting helmet is made of fibreglass. It is black with a yellow swan insignia, in the form of a sticker, attached to the front of the crown. The helmet has some damage to the back rim of the crown. There is a manufacturer's label inside.
This batting helmet would have been used by a Western Australian State junior baseball team in a national competition during the 1980s.

The helmet was donated to the Baseball WA Museum & Archives by John Radalj, who was involved in the West Australian Junior Baseball League as a team manager and coach during the 1980s and 1990s.
