A black, short-sleeved Perth Heat baseball team polo shirt. The collar is orange with narrow, red stripes running the length of the collar. The neck opening has three orange buttons. The words 'Perth Heat' is embroidered in white thread on the left breast. The red and white Perth Heat logo is appliqued on the right sleeve.
The polo shirt relates to when the Perth Heat story began in 1990. Such shirts were worn by players when travelling by plane and at social occasions.
