Sabco, originally the South Australian Brush Company, has a history spanning over 130 years, beginning in 1892 as a small hand-crafted broom and brush manufacturer It has evolved from early, simple floor scrubbing brushes and brooms into a modern provider of advanced, manual micro floor cleaning. founded in 1892-1900's by William Ellis Hay in Adelaide . This shampooer is filled with floor cleaner then puched by hand, it has roller brusher & foam underneath.
