'Hillside' 32 Agett Road
Large brick and tile house as seen from north west. The full length verandah has decorative wooden posts and brackets with hanging baskets between them. A gable between the two chimneys has [HILLSIDE] in a white oblong on the brickwork. Two men in suits and two women in long, light coloured dresses are on the central steps. There are flowering plants along the verandah edge, a drive/path across the front and a lawn with circular flower beds. A hedge, over which two houses can be seen, borders Bay Road.
Large brick house single storey with pitched tiled roof extending over verandahs. Set in an extensive garden which included acroquet lawn. Originally lots 1 and 2 Bay Road. Originally home of the Beart family.
Ernest James Beart was a Claremont Councillor.
