This scorecard is an "Associates Card" (Women's) card.
It has been determined as circa 1970.
The card has a number of hand-written markings on the front and back cover. Some of the calculations appear to be related to conversions between imperial (yards) and metric (metres). The scoring pages also have the hole distances crossed out suggesting some form of error in those details.

• The card layout is very similar to men’s cards 2020.139 and 2020.138 although those have a different background colour.
