GENERAL MEETINGS 2005

One General Meeting was held in 2005.

The 2005 Fees appear in the minute book.

A digital document dated 2nd March 2005 detailing the proposed agenda for the Annual General Meeting was located and added to these minute records. This represents the Notice of meeting.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 25th March included:

• Receipt of the accounts for the past year.
• Receipt of the reports from all the Board members and General Manager with minimal interaction
• Appointments for members of management committees, all sole nominees.
• Five Special Resolutions to amend the Constitution were all passed. These related to Social Membership playing rights, clarifying the requirements of new members fee payments, a new Nine Hole Membership category, including the non-refundable capital contribution with House Membership, providing flexibility for Provisional Membership.
• A Special Resolution to admit Don Moran to Life Membership was lost.
• Amongst Other Business several members were presented with Certificates of Merit.
