GENERAL MEETINGS 2006

One General Meeting was held in 2006.

The 2006 Fees appear in the minute book.

A digital document dated 7th March 2005 detailing the proposed agenda for the Annual General Meeting was located and added to these minute records. This represents the Notice of meeting.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 30th March included:

• Receipt of the accounts for the past year.
• Receipt of the reports from all the Board members and General Manager with minimal interaction
• Appointments for the President, Vice President, Captain, and Directors of Course, House and Finance, all the sole nominees. An election occurred for the Vice Captain.
• Appointments for members of management committees.
• A Special Resolution to admit Max Hannah to Life Membership was lost.
• A Special Resolution to increase and extend the Non Refundable Capital Contribution was lost.
• Several amendments to the Constitution were all passed: Ratification of all Special resolutions since 2001, rotational elections for Board positions, financial aspects associated with Life Members, Honorary Membership clarification, Social Membership clarification, Leave of Absence clarification, election of members clarification and other minor amendments.
• In Other Business two members were presented with Certificates of Merit
