GENERAL MEETINGS 2009

One General Meeting was held in 2009.

This item includes the notice of meeting and agenda for this meeting that was sent to members along with a copy of the annual report.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 26th March included:

• Receipt of the audited accounts for the past year.
• Receipt of the reports from all the Board members and General Manager.
• Elections of Board positions occurred for Directors of Finance, House, and Course.
• Elected member positions for management committees were all appointments with only one nominee for each.
• A Special Resolution to amend the Constitution to have equal voting rights at General Meetings for all Ordinary Members was lost.
• General Business discussed several items presented by Bruce White.
