GENERAL MEETINGS 2008

One General Meeting was held in 2008.

This item includes the notice of meeting and agenda for this meeting that was sent to members along with a copy of the annual report.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 27th March included:

• Receipt of the accounts for the past year.
• Receipt of the reports from all the Board members and General Manager with minimal interaction.
• The Board positions for President, Vice President, Captain, and Vice Captain were all reappointments. Elections for the Director of Course and House were completed.
• An election occurred for the Course Committee elected member. Elected members from the three other Committees were called from the floor and all appointed unopposed.
• A Special Resolution to extend the Non Refundable Capital Contribution until the building loan was extinguished was passed.
• Several General Business items were discussed.
