Overview

A coloured photograph of Rokeby Road facing South towards Bagot Road. On the right side of the image, a grey car is driving South down the road, following four more cars. On the right side of Rokeby Road, a yellow tractor is excavating a portion of the road. Two men in orange vests can be seen working near the tractor. They are removing long white pipes from the top of a brown van. Also on the right side of the road, a road surveyor in a white shirt and beige trousers is using a surveyor's tripod. Another person in a red vest wearing a beige wide-brimmed hat is working on the road close to the surveyor.
Reverse: There is a handwritten inscription in pen on the reverse which states 'ROKEBY RD UPGRADING, 1/2/89'.
