GENERAL MEETINGS 2002

One General Meeting was held in 2002.

The 2002 Fees appear in the minute book.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting conducted on 27th March included:

• Receipt of the accounts for the past year.
• Receipt of the reports from all the Board members and General Manager.
• Elections for the President, Vice President, Captain, and Directors of House and Finance and members of management committees were conducted.
• Three special resolutions to amend the Constitution were passed:
• Introduce a House Membership category
• Remove the position of General Manager from being a Board member
• Introduce a Transient Membership category
• The following two motions were also passed:
• Report Board entertainment expenses in the annual Finance Report
• Provide $300 to the Ladies’ President and Captain to reinstate them for expenses as part of their roles.
• Other business and General Business items ensued.
