Overview

This 41 page, A4 sized, spiral bound document dated 17 March 2000 was prepared by Currie & Brown, Hollis and Waker for Taylor Robinson, the clubhouse redevelopment architects.

The document specifies the pre-tender estimates for the redevelopment project based on drawings prepared on 8 March 2000.

The total cost estimate amounted to $3,028,000.

As this was only the pre-tender document it is likely that the costs of the actual clubhouse redevelopment differed from this figure. As such, the contents of the document have not been scanned.
