The sepia photograph features a large family group at Mongers Lake in c.1925, with Gregory Street in background.
Celebrating the Golden Wedding of Robert Baill and & Mary Anne Arcus, the guests of honour are seated in centre front row with other family members standing behind and children seated on a rug in front.
The men are dressed in dark suits and ties and women are mostly wearing hats, two have shoulder furs. Mary Anne Arcus has a bunch of flowers on her lap.
There is a large tree in the background.
Fourth from left in front row is Arthur James Arcus, with his son Alan Arcus (donor) the second child from right, seated on rug.
