Overview

Circular glass lens encased in a metal ring which is threaded. Lens has a small chip in it.

Historical information

The camera being found in a rubbish pit it not surprising as once an object had no further use or could not be reused it would be disposed into a shared pit at the back of a property. At the time waste management was minimal and would not have gone much further than the more populated areas.
