A black and white photograph of a man standing on a street dressed in Katanning Volunteer Fire Brigade uniform. The uniform consists of a dark double breasted jacket and long trousers, the hat is circular and has a dark band and white top. There are two badges on the jacket lapels and the man is wearing a white shirt and a tie. In the background is a lady dressed in a mid calf length dress, hat, gloves and is holding a purse and alongside of her a man dressed in a suit.

Historical information

Les may have been part of the 'Guard of Honor', the Katanning Brigade hosted for the marriage of Wally and Eileen Haddleton, Easter 1939.
