With the club just a few years old, consideration was being given to implementing "Stage 2" of the clubhouse extensions as planned during the formation years. The letter addresses the reasons for this expansion and the method of finance to be used.
The President also invited members to speak with him personally if they wished to obtain further information or have matters clarified.
