A tall, cylindrical, clear plastic, with 0 to 20mm scale measurements on a rain gauge. The base of the cylinder stops at the edge of container to form a conical shape within, where at the tip of the cone is a length of stem of spike. The plastic container which has joins on both sides also has a flared rim. On the front are raised prominent graduations of measurements starting in increments of 0. - .2 -.4 -.6 -.8, 1mm to the maximum of 20mm.
