B/W prints. (a) Brick and tiled Californian bungalow with light rendered walls with brick quoins and brick pillars. Three rolled up striped canvas blinds are visible across the gabled porch. There are large shrubs next to the house, flower beds down the side of the path to the gate, roses behind a low limestone front fence and two tall pencil pines (b) A closer image of the same house some years later. The wooden trimmings have been painted lighter, the tall trees have gone, and there are shrubs along the front fence. The blind in front of the door is rolled.
