HOLE IN ONE HONOUR BOARDS
1979 - 2023Overview
Holes in one achievements have historically been recorded on honour boards and displayed on the club's lounge walls.
The boards record the date (month/year), player's name and the hole that the feat was achieved.
Several of these boards have been removed from display when the demand for space on the walls was required for other purposes. Five of the boards recording men's holes in one achievements for the period 1979 to 2016 were removed in 2023 and a further board for the period 2016 to 2023 was removed in 2025. The board periods were:
- a 1979-1990
- b 1990-1997
- c 1997-2004
- d 2004-2010
- e 2010-2016
- f 2016- 2023
The gold lettering on the boards up to 1990 was completed in paint, Subsequently, dry transfer lettering (commonly called Letraset) was used.
